What a infrared sauna studio is
An infrared sauna studio rents private or semi-private cabins with infrared panels that warm you more than the air around you, so the room runs cooler than a Finnish sauna. Most studios sell timed sessions by booking, and many add red-light panels, a cold plunge or a shower in each suite.
- Infrared sauna110 to 150°F, air110 to 150°F, air
What to bring
- Not much: most studios supply towels and a shower
- A water bottle
- Headphones if the cabin has a speaker connection
- Clothes you can change back into after showering
Etiquette
- Book ahead: sessions are timed and suites are often private.
- Arrive a few minutes early to change and shower.
- Wipe down the bench and leave the suite tidy for the next guest.
- Start with a shorter session if you are new to it.

Where this comes from
Source: the venue's Google Maps listing (category "Sauna"), checked November 2, 2026, and the venue's own website. We list it as a infrared sauna studio because of its own website is about booking infrared sauna sessions. Ratings are Google's, shown as a count only; we do not copy reviews. Prices are not shown because they change; see the venue's site. Is something wrong, or has it closed? Email contact@saunasnear.com and we will fix it.
