What an infrared sauna studio is
An infrared sauna studio rents private or semi-private cabins with infrared panels that warm you more than the air around you, so the room runs cooler than a Finnish sauna. Most studios sell timed sessions by booking, and many add red-light panels, a cold plunge or a shower in each suite.
- Infrared sauna110 to 150°F, air110 to 150°F, air
What to bring
- Not much: most studios supply towels and a shower
- A water bottle
- Headphones if the cabin has a speaker connection
- Clothes you can change back into after showering
Etiquette
- Book ahead: sessions are timed and suites are often private.
- Arrive a few minutes early to change and shower.
- Wipe down the bench and leave the suite tidy for the next guest.
- Start with a shorter session if you are new to it.

Where this comes from
Source: the venue's Google Maps listing (category "Health spa"), checked November 2, 2026, and the venue's own website. We list it as an infrared sauna studio because of its name describes an infrared sauna studio. Ratings are Google's, shown as a count only; we do not copy reviews. Prices and rules are quoted from the venue's own site with the date we read them; they change, so confirm before you go. Is something wrong, or has it closed?
